Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

o  The last day to cancel or transfer a registration is July 21, 2025.
 o  There will be NO refunds granted after July 21, 2025.
 o  Cancellations, and transfers are subject to a $75 per person handling fee.
 o  The following procedure must be completed in order to cancel registration and obtain a refund: A written request for refund sent to registrar@darkodyssey.com. Your legal registered name must be present on your request. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the cancellation request.
 o  If registration fees were paid with credit card, refunds will only be issued to the card used in the original transaction.
 o  To transfer a registration, contact the registrar by July 21, 2025 with the legal name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your registration to.  There is a $75 transfer fee.
 o Odyssey Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual.  If we cancel your registration prior to the beginning of the event we will refund your registration fees.  If you are asked to leave the event for any reason such as a violation of our code of conduct, no refunds will be granted.
